Sleep Technologist
Description The Sleep Technologist is to perform and evaluate routine and specialized overnight polysomnograms(PSGs), Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLTs), Home Sleep Apnea Tests, and to ensure patient safety. In this role, your major duties include calibrating equipment, attaching sensors to patients, performing bio-calibration, monitoring laboratory equipment, and observing the patients while they sleep. You will also need to make decisions to initiate Bi/CPAP titration or other treatment should patient meet lab criteria. You will score polysomnographic recordings on request. This position will occasionally work days to perform MSLTs, infant and pediatric recordings, scoring of records, daytime studies, and other fu
