Lead Polysomnography Technician
The Lead Polysomnography Technician will utilize his/her sleep medicine skills and knowledge to provide direct patient care mainly in the sleep center. Duties may include Polysomnography, home sleep testing, patient set-up, follow-up, initiation of durable medical equipment, as well patient care, and education, etc. The Lead sleep technologist will perform all duties defined for a sleep technologist as well as provide oversight of other staff in the absence of the Sleep Supervisor. The position is in the Medicine Service-Sleep Center and is under the direct supervision of the Pulmonary Specialty Manager and the Pulmonary Sleep Supervisor. He/she will work collaboratively with the patient care team and will communicate, set priorities, and organize work for appropriate completion ensuring
